How to play

  1. Print one card per table and leave a pen next to it.
  2. Guests photograph the moments on the card and cross off each square.
  3. A full row, column or diagonal is a bingo — the table shows the photos to win.
  4. Ask guests to share the photos with you, so every shot ends up in your album.

Tips for a great game

  • Ask the MC to announce the game after dinner, when guests relax.
  • Prepare a small prize: a bottle of wine or the first slice of cake.
  • Put a QR code next to the cards so the photos reach you, not just the guests' phones.

Is the wedding photo bingo printable really free?

Yes. Download as many cards as you need, personalise them with your names and print them at home or at a print shop. No account is needed.

How many bingo cards do I need?

One card per table works best: guests play together and talk to people they don't know. For a small wedding you can also give one card per couple.

What size should I print the cards?

The PDF has two cards per A4 page. Cut each page in half for A5 cards, which fit easily on a table.

How do we collect the photos from the game?

Ask guests to upload them to a shared album. A QR code on each table that opens the album is the easiest way to make sure the photos reach you.
